Quotation and deposit confirmation

YGIC issues a quotation based on the confirmed requirements, including agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms, and any deposit required before work begins.

China-side execution

Once the quotation is accepted and any required deposit is paid, our local team carries out the agreed work, from supplier research and factory communication to inspections, production tracking, logistics, and documentation checks.

Reporting and completion

YGIC provides the final update, report, findings, photos, documents, recommendations, supplier feedback, or completion summary depending on the service provided.
